Editing Digital Photos in Photoshop
Topic : Editing Digital Photos in Photoshop
Photographers/contributors of an independent magazine all use different methods of editing digital photos, which can cause problems when work is submitted to the Editor-in-Chief for review before the magazine is printed. Digital Photographs must all be edited and formatted a specific way before they can be submitted for the final printed magazine.
Audience:
The audience is 5 photographers/ contributors of an independent magazine.
Mini-Analysis:
The mini-analysis was conducted through E-mail with a survey of five photographers/contributors and asked five simple questions. The survey questions were given in a Word document and were formatted to discover what sort of access the photographer/contributors had to technology. What I found out was that most had regular access to computers and had Photoshop installed but used the software rarely which meant that they got less practice of using it. The survey also discovered that most of the surveyed thought that a distance education course would effectively help them edit digital photos by providing examples to follow.

How can you use this information to help design your course?
The information gathered from the surveyed help to assess what type of distance education course would be most effective. The distance education course must be formatted in a simple but effective manner because editing digital photos is not that complicated.
